Hairy naevus

This 56 year-old man has this hairy naevus for many years. He wishes to have it excised. As the lesion is benign, the excision will be performed along its edge and the defect closed with either a rotation flap of the upper lid or a graft from the contralateral upper eyelid. 

Right upper eyelid hairy naevus. The excess skin in this region could be used as rotational flap.
