Electrical burnt

This young man was electrocuted when picking
up a live cable three months ago. He lost the use of his left arm and the
left face was severely burnt. He had problem in closing his left eyes due to
cicatricial ectropion of the upper and lower eyelids. Examination revealed
normal vision but the cornea showed punctate staining due to exposure
keratitis. Upper eyelid reconstruction using supraclavicular skin graft was
performed to improve the lid closure.
