This 35 year-old man found that his bilateral ptosis, which had been present since birth, was affecting his employment prospect. Following bilteral levator advancement and simultaneous asian blepharoplasty, his face assummed a  'brighter' look. The face is a powerful mean of communication and many employers form their first impression base on first impression and this often means facial appearance.
