Extensive Basal Cell Carcinoma

This 45 year-old woman had had this slowly enlarging lesion for the past 15 years. At presentation, the CT scan showed the tumour had invaded the orbital tissue. Exenternation was performed.

Basal cell carcinoma involving the full thickness of the upper eyelid , the lateral

and medial canthal region, and the lateral lower eyelid.
