This young man has problem with his left
prosthesis due to progressive shallowing of the inferior fornix. The false
eye has the tendency to drop out and appears bigger than the opposite eye.
Reconstruction of the socket with inferior fornix deepening is proposed but
he declines. To make the prosthesis fits better, the dental technician
grinds the edges of the prosthesis to achieve a better cosmesis.
