A 16 year-old presented with one-week history of progressive left orbital and forehead swelling with pyrexia. Examination revealed left proptosis with poor left upgaze and adduction. An urgent CT scan revealed a left subperiosteal abscess involving the medial orbital wall and bilateral frontal, ethmoidal and maxillary sinusitis. He was admitted for intravenous augementin and metronidazole and an endoscopic drainage of the abscess was arranged with the ENT Department.
