Eyelid

This boy presented with a
fungating eyelid tumour which turned out to be a pleomorphic form of
rhabdomyosarcoma. The tumour was not responsive to chemotherapy. The tumour
was excised and the resultant large upper eyelid defect was reconstructed
using the
Cutler-Beard's technique and glabellar flap. Post-operatively, he underwent
further chemotherapy and radiation to prevent recurrence. He was able to
close the left eye when the eye was opened. Details of the case can be found
