This 63 year-old woman
complained of a progressive swelling over the left upper eyelid.
Examination revealed chalazion like lesion with loss of eyelashed. The
appearance was typical of sebaceous carcinoma. However, the patient failed
to return for follow-up after the initial biopsy which strongly supported
the initial suspicion.
Left upper eyelid lesions
resembling chalazion with loss of eyelashes.
