A 23 year-old man fell off
his motor bike and sustained severe fracture an dislocation of the right
orbital wall and the orbital floor. Clinical examination showed right severe
hypotropia and enophthalmos. There was poor upgaze.
Right severe hypotropia with
enophthalmos due to fracture and dislocation of the lateral
orbital wall and orbital floor.
Sinking of the right globe due to
fracture and dislocation of the lateral orbital wall and orbital
floor.
